professional practice license or certification and proof of the right to
work in the United States. We require at least one year of professional
experience before we can hire you, but don't be discouraged - the jobs,

What
shifts are available?
Our
shifts vary depending on what facility you choose to work with. We work
with our facilities to ensure that you are not floating needlessly. The
majority of our shifts are usually 8, 10, or 12 hours.
How
will Compass Staffing Solutions prepare me for my assignment?
Once
you have found a shift or contract that appeals to you, your Compass
"Personal Agent" will confirm your start date, shift,
unit, and salary. We will then give you an orientation that will
familiarize you with the features and policies of your chosen facility.
Do you offer
Continuing Education?
Now
furthering your education is as easy as a click of a mouse! Our RNs and
LPN’s and Therapists take their free online continuing education courses
at their leisure. Compass Continuing Education program is the simplest in
the profession, you can receive up to $400.00 per year reimbursement to
utilize for the seminar, conference or online course of your choice.

will my salary be?

paycheck won't take a day off! For every 250 hours that our Per Diem
Nurses or Therapist work, we give them 8 hours of pay. That means that if
you work full time with us for the year, you will receive over seven days
of free pay. Imagine, a paid week just for you!

and free continuing education. How does $25.00 per week sound for full
health and dental insurance for benefits eligible employees?
You become benefits eligible if you work only 32 hours per
week.

kinds of insurance do you offer?
We
offer you many forms of insurance. From health, dental, life, vision and
Workers Comp, we make sure that we cover you from all angles. Our
insurance is provided through Anthem, Blue Cross-Blue Shield.
When am
I eligible to receive my benefits?
The first of the month, following the date of hire.
Can I
add my spouse and/or children to my insurance?
Sure!
You can add your spouse or domestic partner, your children, or dependents
to your insurance for an additional monthly premium, $30.00 for a partner
and $35.00 for your entire family. All you need to do in order to add
your family to your insurance is complete the enrollment paperwork and
pay the monthly premium.
Do you
have a retirement plan?
We most
certainly do! You are eligible for our 401(k) program the first of the month, following your hire date. We offer matching contributions of 50 cents on
the dollar up to 7% and you are fully vested after 5 years!
